All client accounts and transactions are held and processed by Bank RBK JSC under applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Funds deposited into Modu Business Accounts are protected by the Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund (KDIF) within the limits established by law. Deposit insurance covers the failure of an insured bank.
Modu operates as a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) platform, providing financial technology services in partnership with Bank RBK JSC and other licensed financial institutions.
