Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) lets you purchase and receive the stock, equipment, or materials you need for your business, without having to pay any of the cost for up to 90 days (or the maximum period set by the seller). B2B BNPL is interest free and comes with no fees attached.

Modu sets your credit limit by assessing your business’s financial health – looking at factors such as cash balance, revenue, and overall trends. Your limit isn’t fixed: it updates dynamically to reflect real-time changes in your profile. On the Modu platform, you’ll always know your available credit in advance.

You don’t pay anything upfront when placing an order. Once your purchase is confirmed, Modu tracks your repayment schedule directly in your Dashboard. A reminder will be sent to you in advance via Dashboard notification, email, or SMS. On the due date, payment is automatically collected from your Modu account balance or through the payment method you’ve selected (e.g. credit card or Direct Debit).

If payment is not received on the due date, Modu will first send you a reminder invoice via email. If it remains unpaid, we’ll follow up through phone, email, or SMS. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of your credit limit and restricted access to further financing until the invoice is settled.

If you cannot pay for your purchase, reach out to us immediately via the Modu Dashboard, email collections@modu.ai, or phone to discuss repayment options. If we are unable to agree on a plan and the balance remains unpaid, your account may be suspended, your credit limit reduced, and the case may be referred to collections. This could also impact your ability to access financing in the future.
